Your Wix website is slow, Google does not show it, or you no longer want to pay the platform every month. We rebuild it as a fast website that you own, on the same domain name, keeping the addresses Google already knows.
What a careless migration loses
Google knows the addresses of your pages. If they vanish overnight, visitors who come from Google land on an error, and the pages lose their place. A careful migration sends each old address to the new page that matches it: a 301 redirect.
A domain managed at Wix often carries your email as well. Before changing anything, we list what depends on it, so that your email keeps arriving.
Keeping your Google rankings
- The list of your website’s old addresses.
- A redirect from each old address to its new page, tested before launch.
- A check in Google Search Console two weeks after launch.
Moving your domain name or your mail server is not part of it: that is a separate step, which we prepare with you.

The Bati-Charpente example
Bati-Charpente, a timber framing and carpentry company east of Paris, had a Wix website. Of its 66 old addresses, 59 were redirected to a new page and tested; the other 7 were already dead. The new website has been live since 7 October 2026.
From the first week, the calls were better targeted than with the old website. The Bati-Charpente case study.
Your domain stays yours
If your domain name was bought from Wix, it is transferred to an account in your name; if it was bought elsewhere, it only needs to point to the new website. Either way, your website address does not change.
You cancel Wix once the new website is live, not before.
